OUR 007 THEME
Ian Fleming's love for Jamaica inspired the creation of James Bond and many of the character's adventures. Fleming, a British intelligence officer, fell in love with the island while attending a naval conference in Kingston during World War II. He later returned to Jamaica after the war and made it his home. Not only were all thirteen (13) James Bond movies written in Jamaica, three (3) of the films were partially shot on the island as well.
The 007 theme allows us to celebrate our love with Reese's Jamaican heritage and our love for Bond films. We love the idea of this playful sophistication, which you will see in our wedding weekend decor, dress code and photography.

Dress code: The dress code for the GOLDENEYE BBQ is "Festive". This wedding dress code is a mix of elegance, fun and personality. Think bold colors, playful patterns, and statement pieces, essentially a stylish take on Spring/Summer cocktail attire on the beach. Please do not wear black, white or black and white.

You're cordially invited to our Diamonds Are Forever Wedding and Reception. The Wedding ceremony will take place on the beach( there will be a shoe rack, flip flops, and towels to wipe your feet). After the ceremony join us for a cocktail hour with a live steelpan band and the beautiful wedding reception under the stars.
The dress code for the DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER WEDDING DAY is "Creative Formal".
This wedding dress code allows for a more personalized and colorful interpretation of traditional formal attire while maintaining a very sophisticated look. How do I book my stay at Half Moon?

Will there be transportation from Sangster International Airport to the Half Moon?
Yes, if you booked your stay at Half Moon you will need to email guest services with your flight information so that they can schedule your pick up. The email is: groupreservations@halfmoon.com.
Upon securing your travel details with Half Moon... when you land Half Moon has a lounge and they will organize your transportation from their airport lounge to the hotel. Please email groupreservations@halfmoon.com with your travel details.
Is there a deadline to book my stay at Half Moon?
Yes, the deadline for our discounted wedding block is March 7th, after that date Half Moon will display their standard rate for all the rooms still available for May 1 - 3rd.
